Dr. Ellis is an accomplished administrator with four decades of professional experience. Dr. Ellis currently supports Jensen Hughes’ expansive contract as a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman/Peraton for the U.S. Department of Defense PERSEREC program. She is a certified safety, security, and critical infrastructure protection Instructor for DHS, FEMA, New Mexico Tech, and the Texas A&M University System. Dr Ellis is also a licensed counselor for private practice by the National Board for Certified Counselors.
