Co-op and internship programs are an important recruiting channel for us because they help us identify high-potential prospective employees. Participating students are often considered for repeat internships or a long-term commitment of regular employment.

From day one you’ll contribute, work hard and be challenged to push yourself. Our full-time, new grad roles are designed to bridge the gap between academic life and your first full-time role. To ease your transition, you are paired with a mentor and can attend our Associate Boot Camp to prepare for the most important aspects of the role. As you grow your future with us, you’ll build valuable skills, forge lasting relationships and contribute to meaningful projects — all while advancing the science of safety.

We have strategic partnerships with many top universities to find talent that is as passionate about our mission as us. You’ll have the opportunity to talk to real employees and recruiters and ask questions about what it’s like to work at Jensen Hughes. We also regularly participate in career fairs and national conferences.
