New accessibility standards are coming. Are you ready?

At the beginning of 2020, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a proposed rule that would change how it implements regulations in the Fair Housing Act. The new rule would allow for ‘safe harbor’ design standards to be used in new multi-family housing.
