Jensen Hughes Welcomes New Vice President, Michael Krause, to Lead Canadian Operations

Krause brings more than 20 years of A/E/C industry operations, business development and strategy experience

BALTIMORE, Aug 7, 2020 – Jensen Hughes, a global leader in safety, security and risk-based engineering and consulting, today announced the hiring of Michael Krause as the new Vice President Operations for Canada. Krause is a senior operations, sales and business development executive who is well-known across the global engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) nuclear energy market. He joins Jensen Hughes from the global EPC services firm, SNC-Lavalin, where he most recently led all business development efforts for its global nuclear business on the fleet of CANDU 6 reactors.

Krause has played critical executive roles leading business development, as well as managing the key financial targets and profitability on the Operations side. In his 20+ year career at firms such as Consolidated Energy Solutions Inc., IMI Newman Hattersley Limited, Bantrel Co. Canada and Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, he was responsible for leading and supporting business pursuits for major refurbishment and nuclear services contracts in Canada, South Korea, Argentina, Romania and China.
