The Problem

The combination of the high-rise hotel, high-occupancy assembly and storage merged with hazards ranging from rail cars to quantities of piled plastic materials and vehicular traffic created a challenging environment that is outside the scope of typical codes and standards.

The Results

We designed the required systems and then performed system integration and commissioning to ensure that the new systems worked properly with the existing airport systems. This provided proper fire detection and alarm and initiation of active fire protection systems to ensure passenger safety.
