Colin has been with Jensen Hughes since 2013. Previously, he served the Cleveland Clinic as Supervisor for Fire & Life Safety. As Supervisor, he was charged with ensuring proper inspection, testing and maintenance of fire and life safety components to maintain compliance with all local, state, federal and Joint Commission standards and regulations. He ensured that the facilities were continuously prepared for Joint Commission and Center for Medicare & Medicare Services surveys by overseeing a highly successful fire and life safety barrier management program. Prior to his time at the Cleveland Clinic, he managed compliance and information technology for Life Safety Enterprises.
Colin is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Healthcare Section Executive Board. He is a Certified Fire Inspector by the NFPA and is certified and/or licensed in a variety of other fire-related areas. He has also been a member of the Lorain County Incident Management Assistance Team, which supports the Lorain County Emergency Management Office.
