Stephen Mack

Mr. Mack is a Civil Engineer licensed in Colorado. He provides engineering analysis to determine the cause and origin of building materials failures. He is experienced in litigation investigation, documentation and repair recommendations and design drawing and specifications. He has been involved with a variety of construction defect litigation projects and has extensive experience with moisture intrusion in structures and foundation issues in expansive soils. Mr. Mack's depth of knowledge and experience allows him to employ various methods of well-established forensic analyses in his investigations including both intrusive and non-destructive testing methods. Mr. Mack has acted as the engineer of record for design and oversight of remedial projects from emergency repairs for life safety and health issues, to high rise multifamily urban repair design and specification. He has experience with multiple roof and façade systems for residential and commercial buildings. Mr. Mack possesses a comprehensive understanding of the interrelated components within the building envelope including roof, façade, balcony, structure, and building systems that design professionals coordinate during the design, construction and remediation of structures.
