As an Associate, Luke has been working on a number of projects across the UK and internationally. These include new buildings and the refurbishment or reconfiguration of existing buildings. He has worked on a range of different buildings including shopping centres, office, mixed use, leisure, residential, historical, education, and healthcare buildings. He has experience working on some of the largest shopping complexes in Europe. He has proven his ability in developing coherent fire strategies based on local and international standards as well as best practice. He has used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) extensively for shopping centres where the preferred design includes large multi-storey and open spaces. He has also been involved in developing fire strategies for modern residential apartment buildings and open plan offices connected with large atriums, which have required significant fire engineering input.
