Kaisa on koulutukseltaan rakennusinsinööri. Hänellä on yli kymmenen vuotta kokemusta palo-osastoivien elementtirakenteiden parista, ja nykyisissä paloturvallisuusasiantuntijan tehtävissä hän on työskennellyt kaksi vuotta. Kaisan vetää hankkeita ja projekteja Turussa ja hän on osallistunut monipuolisesti projekteihin mm. Varsinais-Suomen Sairaanhoitopiirille.

Kaisa is a fire safety specialist with over 10 years experience in fire compartmental element structures. She has contributed to fire safety planning and design for a wide range of new construction and renovation projects involving residential, office and commercial buildings, hotels, educational instiutions, and heathcare facilities. Currently, Kaisa is running operations and projects in Turku, which includes the Hospital District of Southwest Finland.
